Online orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days of receiving the order, and you will receive an email with the tracking information by Canada Post.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 in Ontario and $30 anywhere else in Canada

We are happy to offer returns or exchanges of online paint orders within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
Please email alison@redefinedfinds.ca to initiate a return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

In store:
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase on paint or hardware only
All other items are FINAL SALE.
