Gluten-Free and Vegan Soups
Curried Lentil: Mild curried packed with a punch of flavour. This aromatic soup combines coconut mild and spices that is hearty and satisfying. Pour contents of jar into a pot. Add 4 cups of water and 1 can of coconut milk. Boil for 30 minutes.
Ingredients: red lentils, green lentils, curry powder, onion, garlic, chili flakes, salt.
Chicken Noodle: Delicious egg noodles combined with garlic, vegetables and spices to create a creamy, flavourful, hearty chicken noodle soup. Pour contents of jar to a pot. Add 8 cups of water. Boil for 20 minutes and add 3 cups of cooked chicken (diced or shredded.) Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Ingredients: egg noodles, vegetable flakes, low-sodium chicken base, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt.
Lentil + Barley: Seasonings of thyme, oregano, marjoram, parsley and garlic combined with barley, lentils, rice and parmesan cheese to create a delicious and hearty Italian inspired soup. Pour contentes of jar into a pot. Add 6 cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add pasta (optional) and simmer for an additional 12 minutes. Ingredients: red lentils, barley, white rice, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion.
Spicy Coconut Lentil: Lovely Thai inspired soup with aromatic notes of coriander and coconut combined with chilli and lemon pepper to give a delicious balance of sweet and heat. Pour contents of jar into a pot. Add 6 cups of water and boil for 30 minutes.
Ingredients: red lentils, coconut flakes, coriander, chilli flakes, lemon seasoning, pepper, vegetable flakes, white rice.
